Walk Through
Because we shoot a complete walkthrough as part of the video, it is not possible to move items from room to room. For instance, moving dog beds and bowls, gym equipment, laundry baskets etc.
Internal / External
Our video team mostly focuses on the interior of the property, but we also film the outside too. So it’s important to clear any clutter around the exterior of the property. Try looking at it from a buyers point of view.
No Guest Appearances
We have a collection of video clips of home owners peeping round doors to see what our videographers are doing, only to be caught by our lenses. It’s funny, but causes us to have to reshoot scenes.
